DAZ60-A60D  is optimized and designed by using the mature assemblies of DOAN’s existing distributor, in order to suit different chassis provided by overseas clients and meet the needs for transport convenience. Featuring optimal match of assemblies and high universality, it can fully meet the requirements of overseas clients. The large-capacity asphalt storage tank 6000L is coated with aluminum silicate heat insulation layer, with thickness increased to 60MM for better effect of thermal insulation. The burning and heating system is equipped with Italia Riello fully-automatic large-power burner, which features full computer control, one seamless Ø219MM U-tube and high heating efficiency. The asphalt pump with heat transfer oil can completely solve the pump adhesion problem. The rear-spray lift with a circulation system is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, so that the rear spray may stay and spray at any position. Fan-shaped nozzle, patented by DOAN, is provided to ensure high-precision spray, good atomizing effect and uniform spraying. The clearance between base girders can be slightly adjusted (range of adjustment: 750-860MM), so that it can suit the chassis of different cars. Through optimized design, the complete car can fully meet the users’ needs and facilitate their use
